"We had an intermittent roof leak that, as it was a drip/dribble type, was challenging to locate. Mike was excellent at communicating and solving the issue. The weather was against us but at each time we had to postpone (due to rain and safety) he would give an alternative date and kept in touch. Mike solved the problem by replacing flashings. This has been tested by heavy rain and the problem has been solved. We would recommend Mike to all."
