The job was not going as expected and I needed a “disinterested” person to evaluate and advise. This Mike did with impressive response time and congenial manner. Plain language advice and counsel was given that allayed my concern and put me on the right track. Although I booked it in as a paying job, Mike was in the area and saw fit not to charge.
