“4 working days before Christmas I came home from work to find the front entrance inside the house leaking water. I panicked and got onto the internet to suss out a roofing company who may be able to help. Total Roof answered my enquiry but stated they were flat out prior to the Christmas break; I understood this and decided I would have to make do with towels on the floor and a bucket until the holiday break was over and the company was back at work. Dismal thoughts really but to my surprise I had a call from Total Roof while I was at work asking me how many steps from my front door to the leakage. I told them I was at work but they said it didn’t matter, they would come out to my area and get on the roof. They took photos and emailed me to say the leakage was fixed. They had removed roof tiles, saw that the valley and spouting were blocked. They cleared the higher and lower roof areas of the build-up of dirt and debris to allow correct water flow. I was so grateful and blessed them for their prompt service at such a busy time of the year. I have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone with roofing problems.
