“Chris Vowles, of Total Roof and Property Maintenance, came to the rescue after my roof sprang a leak in two places during heavy rain, and a “cowboy” I’d hired in desperation had done a botched repair using sealant. Chris got up on the roof, expertly diagnosed where the leak originated, and did an on-the-spot repair followed by a “top up” with a spare piece of roofing iron. This was a huge relief because rusty water had got inside and run down the wall. Chris followed up by sending photos of the roof and a detailed report describing its condition, what he’d done to make it weather tight, and advising what needs to be done within a future timefrane. Throughout the process, he was immediately contactable and responsive, as well as highly skilfull. The invoice was very reasonable. Three months later and despite heavy rain, the repair is intact.
